CatLoft started with a cat who refused to use a very expensive bed.

We're a small family business, and every product here earned its spot the same way: our own cats tried it first. If they ignored it, it didn't make the site. That's the whole filter.

Cat furniture is full of things designed for humans — pieces that photograph beautifully and then sit empty in the corner. We care about the opposite. Does it hold up to a fifteen-pound cat launching into it? Does the cover come off and go in the wash after an accident? Will it still be standing in a year? If we wouldn't keep it in our own house, we don't sell it.

We keep the range small on purpose. Two beds we believe in beats forty we don't.
